Il duo formato dal pianista Iacopo Rossi e dal baritono Francesco Bossi vi invita a un viaggio affascinante nella chanson française, attraverso le opere di Maurice Ravel, Jacques Ibert e Francis Poulenc.
In programma, due celebri cicli dedicati alla figura di Don Chisciotte:
Don Quichotte a Dulcinée di Ravel, con il suo lirismo elegante e sognante.
Chansons de Don Quichotte di Ibert, che mescolano raffinatezza e teatralità.
A completare il programma, due raccolte di Poulenc:
Le Bestiaire, dove ironia e leggerezza si intrecciano nella descrizione di un piccolo zoo musicale.
Chansons Gaillardes, briose e audaci, piene di spirito e vitalità.
Un’occasione per immergersi nelle sfumature più affascinanti della mélodie francese!

The duo composed by pianist Iacopo Rossi and baritone Francesco Bossi invites you on a fascinating journey into the chanson française, through the works of Maurice Ravel, Jacques Ibert and Francis Poulenc.
On the programme, two celebrated cycles dedicated to the figure of Don Quixote:
Ravel's Don Quichotte à Dulcinée, with its elegant and dreamy lyricism.
Ibert's Chansons de Don Quichotte, which mix sophistication and theatricality.
Rounding out the programme are two collections by Poulenc:
Le Bestiaire, where irony and lightness are intertwined in the description of a small musical zoo.
Chansons Gaillardes, spirited and bold, full of wit and vitality.
A chance to plunge into the most fascinating nuances of French mélodie!
