Nottingham-based six-piece Midnight Rodeo released their debut album Chaos Era in July 2025 to widespread acclaim from BBC Radio 6, DIY, KEXP, Shindig and CLASH. Following extensive touring across the UK and Europe, the band continue to build momentum into 2026 with further tours in Europe, the UK and the US.

Forged through relentless live shows since 2023, Midnight Rodeo’s sound is defined by collective energy and joyful escapism. Drawing from diverse musical backgrounds, their genre-blurring songs collide disco rhythms, psychedelic guitar lines and unconventional hooks, all driven by a desire to make people dance. Recorded live and largely analogue with Franklin Mockett in rural Wales, Chaos Era captures the band’s warmth, spontaneity and infectious on-stage chemistry.

Special guest: J Mahon

J Mahon is the project of Jarrod Michael Mahon. After years of prolific home recordings, he released his acclaimed studio debut Everything Has a Life (2023) and followed it with Begin Again, Again (2025) on Germany’s Unique Records. Now performing with his band The Heavenly Pop Hits, Mahon blends chamber pop and slacker jangle influences, and has toured internationally alongside artists such as King Krule, Ulrika Spacek and Speedy Ortiz.
