Lisbon-based trio MAQUINA. are bringing their brand-new album "BODY TRANSMISSION" to Berlin!
Known as one of Europe’s most relentless live acts, the band fuses krautrock, industrial electronics, and noise into a high-impact, hypnotic sound. Moving away from spontaneous jams toward a heavier, more precise, and direct approach, their new record is fully centered on the energy of the dancefloor. "BODY TRANSMISSION" explores the concept of "body music," diving into a darker, more sensual, and immersive sonic universe.
The gateway into this experience is the opening track "dança"- a hypnotic invitation to a club-born trance. Driven by a repetitive, synth-like bassline, abrasive guitar bursts, and a classic four-on-the-floor beat, the track features a powerful vocal collaboration with Silvia Konstance from the Catalan duo Dame Area. When words fail, the body speaks: "I just want to dance" becomes the ultimate statement of the night.
Frisch off their acclaimed Live on KEXP session, MAQUINA. deliver physical, boundary-pushing performances where raw experimentation meets pure club culture. This is the perfect soundtrack for a Berlin night - impossible to stand still.

We are hyped to announce that ERRORR will be kicking off our special night at Urban Spree on 20 October, opening the stage just before MAQUINA takes over!
If you haven't heard them yet, ERRORR serves up "delicious noise-pop with a bittersweet taste." They are currently one of the most exciting new bands in Berlin's underground, known for bypassing mainstream trends to create something entirely their own.
Expect unpredictable transitions, reverb-drenched guitars, and heavy feedback mixed with quiet, emotional depth. Their post-punk energy is exactly what the scene has been craving, making them the ultimate opener for MAQUINA’s dark techno-vibe beats and raw industrial power.
