This festival focuses on artists distributing their music under free licenses, such as those proposed by Creative Commons and further developed by the movement of Value 4 Value. These artists can sometimes be referred to as the best kept secrets of the interweb. Some of them have toured the world while the masses were sleeping to Swift, others are infamous mega stars in niche underground networks of music aficionados. He calls it βelektrische Kartonkunstβ. Active since 1988 under different names he has released 7 cassettes and various demo scene multichannel MODs. As die nmi! he dropped 4 albums, one EP and various single tracks since 1999.

Luka PrinΔiΔ has been writing music, creating sound art, performing, and manipulating new media in various ways since the mid-β90s. They specialize in computer music, elaborated funk beats, immersive soundscapes, incidental music for live arts and video, and digital media experiments. Prominent activist within the infamous libre-label called "Kamizdat", they come with a DJ-bag full of alternative dancefloor hits.

Beatmaker-cutter-arranger, you've seen him everywhere, maybe you didn't even know it. A behind-the-scenes activist, he works in various collectives and produces for a whole host of artists, each more original than the last. You can hear him on the productions of the lβAxe du mal,, the Parisian Groovy Keeni or the indefatigable MoΓ―se the dude, to name a few. This time he will be solo for live beat-making. Yum!

STU is a legendary chiptune artist from Basel in Switzerland. Equipped with customized Atari ST computers and soldering iron, he is responsible for intergalactically acclaimed smash-hits such as "Atari Underground Chiptune Resistance" and "Insectz". The exact nature of the performance is yet to be revealed. But everything is pointing towards an unforgettable session!
